Before you go and waste your hard-earned money, I suggest you keep reading.

It immediately raised a red flag…
The site instructs you to “apply” to be accepted into the Social Media Jobs program.
Except, for the fact that it’s NOT A REAL SOCIAL MEDIA JOB.
I went through the fake process for the sake of this paid social media jobs review because I didn’t want anyone else getting scammed with this petty nonsense.
It’s funny how they wanted me to think I was “chosen” for this opportunity when I knew all along it was fake
Next, they ask you some “qualifying questions”:
“Do you have a reliable internet connection?”
“Why do you think you’d be a good fit for this job?”
Don’t fall for it!
Once you fill out and submit the form and you’re taken to a screen where they try to make you believe there’s someone reading your responses and looking over your application
it’s not true…
I was approved in less than a minute!
Yay…lucky me…LOL

They tell you YES…
There is an urgent need for social media managers…
There is immediate work available
But you have to pay $27 to secure your spot and then they add a gimmicky urgent sales pitch to pressure you into paying that very moment with a countdown clock.
Unfortunately, many people think they’ll lose the social media job opportunity if they don’t pay…
If you’re here reading this, it’s because you’re smart and you want to know the truth.
Now, as I said before, I was only experimenting for the sake of this review….that’s it!

No real people!

As far as the finding clients module talks about different local businesses needing social media managers, how to find them and what you can charge.
But it doesn’t teach you exactly how to become a social media manager. There isn’t any skills training on it.

Let’s talk about the “advanced training”
This module gets to the supposed “helpful tips” and “techniques” on how to do a Facebook ad that will eventually get leads for clients but it doesn’t really go into detail on how to start doing it.
The people who created this website don’t care and aren’t serious about teaching people REAL skills to make money online.
Social media marketing can be very lucrative but it takes real skill that this site won’t teach you, and they are just looking to make a quick buck.
What bothers me, even more, is that it’s an affiliate product on Clickbank so that have thousands of affiliates selling this product without doing their due diligence and research
Now, there’s a heck of a lot of money to be made if you take the time to learn Internet Marketing. If you find a product that will genuinely help others, get traffic, and leads to your offer…
Then you can make lots of money online
But this requires skill and a good ethic.
I just don’t get how these 4 vague generic modules will get people to make a profitable career as social media managers.
Sorry if it’s a disappointment.

Tip 1 – Work out and take care of your mind
According to scientificamerican.com “Research shows that when we exercise, blood pressure and blood flow increase everywhere in the body, including the brain.
More blood means more energy and oxygen, which makes our brain perform better.”
That’s basically why we think better when we work out.
Plus you’ll have more energy, be focused, and feel good about yourself.
As far as taking care of your mind and depending on your beliefs, prayer and/or meditation are necessary.
You’re the only person on this earth who can take inventory of what goes on in your mind.
Let’s face it…there’s a lot of noise going on in the world and ,as human beings we face a lot of issues in life, but that’s why personal growth is so important.
Try to make an effort in listening to positive audio or just surround yourself with positive people and reading self-help books
Tip 2 – Get rid of the clutter
Messiness can create brain fog and a lack of concentration.
Keep your area organized will create space to help you think clearly
Tip 3 – Eat healthily
Remove things like sugar from your diet.
There’s a saying:
“We are what we eat. ”
When we eat things we shouldn’t be eating, we lack the energy and focus to do simple daily tasks.
Believe me, if you have a sweet tooth, do your best to try to eliminate sugar, and your mind will be clear
Tip 4 – Focus on ONE thing at a time
There are people who can’t help but multitask no matter what they’re doing.
If you’re working on a specific project or task, don’t do anything else that task is done.
Multitasking can do things like impact your memory, make you be less productive, cause more stress, and messes with your focus and concentration.
Tip 5 – Write it down
Writing things down brings more clarity because when you write your thoughts down it creates space and declutters your mind which can help you focus on things that are actually a priority in your life. Writing makes you think and reflect on what you want out of life too.
These are just some strategies that you can do for mental clarity so that you can figure out what your purpose is in life.
My favorite one is working out and praying. It’s what keeps me grounded but we are all different.

Although your sponsor is NOT the person responsible for your success, it’s important you choose a person that you can work with because believe me, if you clash with your upline, it’s going to be very difficult to move forward in the company you decide to join.
You see, a lot of people join the MLM industry not knowing anything about it.
They don’t know how to prospect, how to do a presentation, how to close a sale, or how to build their business online.
When you join an MLM and if you are coachable, a good sponsor can teach you all of these things but as I said before your success is not totally up to your sponsor.
MLM is a people business and it’s also about teaching, learning, and applying what you learn.
That way when you master any skill, you can apply it and also teach it to your team.
There are those who want to be handheld and want their sponsor to dedicate massive amounts of time with them, and that is counterproductive because when you sign up for an MLM or any type of home-based business you made to commitment to go into business for yourself.

People will always complain about something when building their business, but the following things that I will mention below are actually duties of a sponsor
Sponsor goes M.I.A (missing in action)
Have you ever invested in a company, and as soon as your upline gets his or her commission, he or she just goes missing?
This person is completely unreachable, doesn’t answer calls or answer any questions,s and simply just disappears?
Believe it or not, things like this have happened, and it can frustrate a new networker so much that they quit.
Provides Zero Guidance
I know there are cases when your upline is probably new to Network Marketing themselves and maybe they have no clue as to what they are doing in the first place.
Believe me…I get that
But if a person joins an MLM they at least have the duty and responsibility to do these three things
Learn
Do
Teach
They need to learn some skills and apply them, and if they recruit anyone they need to teach the skills they learn.
That’s just my point of view as a marketer
I’ve heard new sponsors say they don’t have the time, but there are many platforms where they can teach skills such as Facebook, Youtube, Blogging, Zoom, and many other platforms.
The internet gives you so many options to lead your team nowadays that there are simply no excuses not to be providing team training.
The Sponsor has Zero Internet Marketing Experience
Believe it or not, there are sponsors out there that have no clue how to get online traffic, build an email list, and follow up with that list to convert sales.
Let’s face it…
People HATE bugging and chasing their friends and family with MLM opportunities because their family knows their personal life, and if their family sees that they failed at anything before, there is that nonbelief factor, the negative comments, and that can affect people’s self-confidence.
It’s important that if you choose a Sponsor that AT LEAST knows how to market online or has some type of online presence.
You can reach a much larger audience online than face to face
. By all means, if you know how to do face-to-face or offline marketing, don’t stop.
Building your business online is simply another marketing strategy that you can use apart from direct offline marketing.

One of the reasons that people choose the wrong MLM sponsor is because they probably saw that their sponsor had a strong online presence and just randomly joined their company without having a conversation with this person.
In order to know if a person is a right fit for you, it’s crucial that you speak to the person that you are planning to work with.
You have to make sure this person is going to at least guide you, help you with a 90-day plan, know what your goals are, and answer your questions.
Another reason people pick the wrong sponsor is that they join a friend or a family member because they feel obligated to do so.
Choosing the right MLM sponsor is a very important decision and if you pick this person just to please a family member or friend, at least make sure that they know the necessary skills to help you succeed.
Bottom Line – Find An MLM Sponsor That Is RIGHT For You Long Term
Now, that I have gone over some factors on picking the right MLM sponsor, here are some questions you can ask yourself before you make that important choice.
Write down a list of what exactly you are looking for in your sponsor
Does your sponsor have a good reputation? Is this person loyal?
Does your sponsor have MLM experience?
Can this person teach you how to recruit and close sales?
Will this person answer your calls or at least do a three-way call if you’re brand new
Will this person sit down with you to help you with a 90-day plan?
Does this person have internet marketing skills?
Is this person actively building their business?
Does this person provide value to the marketplace?
Is this person a product of the product?
If your sponsor doesn’t have much experience, is this person dedicated and passionate about his or her company, and is this person consistent?
Choosing the right Network Marketing Company to join is a very crucial decision since it’s the vehicle you will be using to create financial freedom in your life
With that said, in no way am I telling you that you will gain financial freedom with MLM. Just like ANY business model-it requires discipline, skill, and hard work.
People out there saying that Network Marketing is a scam is because they know nothing about it or tried doing it and didn’t take the time to learn the necessary skills in order to succeed.
Not everyone can be their own boss…sorry but true.
Picking the right MLM sponsor is just as important for all the reasons I mentioned above.
Now, if you are already in an MLM deal and you currently don’t get along with your upline (because that also happens) all I can tell you is to focus on why you joined your company in the first place.
What did you want to accomplish?
If you love your company but hate your sponsor and don’t want to make this person any money, that only affects you the most in the long run.
Focus on what you want and how you can help and inspire others and thank that sponsor for introducing you to the company that you love, because if you are still there….it’s for a reason.
