Have you ever just felt stuck on your purpose in life? In today’s post, I’m going to give you 5 tips that you can practice in order to find clarity.

Believe it or not, the majority of people don’t know their life’s purpose. They don’t set goals, and don’t really know what they want out of life.

That’s probably the reason that most fail in their endeavors.

It’s not that they can’t accomplish their goals, it’s just they don’t have an actual clear purpose of what it is that they want, they don’t write it down, and therefore it’s nearly impossible to accomplish anything.

Each of us has a purpose in life. We all have dreams but we’re simply just distracted by all the noise and obligations that sometimes can hinder those dreams.

Our jobs, family, bills, and just life can distract us so much but it’s necessary to stop and take a moment to think about why you want something better in this life.

We only get ONE chance so it’s important.

While all of this sounds nice, there are specific reasons why you want to find clarity and I will list them below:

  • It reduces doubt
  • It gets rid of frustration when you know exactly what you want because you’re not confused all the time
  • You’ll discover your strengths and weaknesses
  • You’ll be open to the Auto-evaluation and the self-reflection process in finding clarity
  • It facilitates your decision making
  • You need clarity in order to set goals, and take action
  • When you feel like you’re stuck in a rut – clarity helps.
  • You’ll be more focused and energized
  • Where there is clarity, there is happiness

5 Tips To Help You Find Clarity

Tip 1 – Work out and take care of your mind

According to scientificamerican.com “Research shows that when we exercise, blood pressure and blood flow increase everywhere in the body, including the brain.

More blood means more energy and oxygen, which makes our brain perform better.”

That’s basically why we think better when we work out.

Plus you’ll have more energy, be focused, and feel good about yourself.

As far as taking care of your mind and depending on your beliefs, prayer and/or meditation are necessary.

You’re the only person on this earth who can take inventory of what goes on in your mind.

Let’s face it…there’s a lot of noise going on in the world and ,as human beings we face a lot of issues in life, but that’s why personal growth is so important.

Try to make an effort in listening to positive audio or just surround yourself with positive people and reading self-help books

Tip 2 – Get rid of the clutter

Messiness can create brain fog and a lack of concentration.

Keep your area organized will create space to help you think clearly

Tip 3 – Eat healthily

Remove things like sugar from your diet.

There’s a saying:

We are what we eat. ”

When we eat things we shouldn’t be eating, we lack the energy and focus to do simple daily tasks.

Believe me, if you have a sweet tooth, do your best to try to eliminate sugar, and your mind will be clear

Tip 4 – Focus on ONE thing at a time

There are people who can’t help but multitask no matter what they’re doing.

If you’re working on a specific project or task, don’t do anything else that task is done.

Multitasking can do things like impact your memory, make you be less productive, cause more stress, and messes with your focus and concentration.

Tip 5 – Write it down

Writing things down brings more clarity because when you write your thoughts down it creates space and declutters your mind which can help you focus on things that are actually a priority in your life. Writing makes you think and reflect on what you want out of life too.

These are just some strategies that you can do for mental clarity so that you can figure out what your purpose is in life.

My favorite one is working out and praying. It’s what keeps me grounded but we are all different.
